It's time!

Well it's Monday so that means weigh in! Wait is that exciting? It's been a week and as we said before, we didn't do our best. not even that great, but we still TRIED. here are our weight #'s for today:


Amberlee: 140 so that's -1lb this week!

Channing:210 so -2lbs this week!

Some tricks we have learned so far (we will let you know when we try them if they work or not)

If you get a craving before you give in, grab a sugarless piece of gum. This actually has really helped us! We have just started this one and we think it works well. Especially when we want to eat and are not even hungry.

Also if you are craving something salty grab a pickle! Channing loves pickles and this has helped her as she has a major salt addiction! Chips are her greatest weakness and eating a pickle helps hold off the craving and she can still get her salt fix. And WAY less calories!!

We have also heard to drink an entire glass of water before your meal so you will be less likely to binge because you are not as hungry. This is one we will try soon.
