weigh in and a great tip for weight loss!

uh oh - weigh in time.


We seem to have hit a slump. Does anyone else have this problem? Or is it just us? You have motivation and all these ideas of how you want to look and feel and then you seem to just bomb? well maybe not bomb because we haven't given up we just need to get our butts in gear.

Here are this weeks results

Amberlee- still 139. no change

Channing- 213 so +3lbs

(can we blame it on the superbowl and all the food at the party we went to? ? No? Ah didn't think so. WE chose to eat it all)

well here is the secret: take your weight. Times that # by 11 ( I will wait as you grab a calculator lol) example: my weight is 139 so I take 139 and times it by 11. (139 x 11= 1529. ) Are you following me? It is so easy. the number you get at the end is the MAXIMUM amount of calories to eat per day to lose 1 pound A WEEK!! (if you are working out 30 mins a day 5 times a week)

pretty cool huh? Too bad there are so many yummy things with a million calories. hmmm better get off the computer and go work out!!
