Drum roll please!!

We have EXCITING updates!

Miss Channing is down 21 pounds!!! and wait for it..... 15.5 INCHES!

Amberlee has maintained with no loss or gain. so... HAPPY DAY for us both.

BUT in reality we should all be cheering for Channing! She is a machine! There is no stopping her!
We can all follow Channing's example and see it IS possible. Do NOT give up!!

We are here for advice, just to talk, to listen. please come to us for anything.

At long last!

We're back!!


We had just forgotten to keep track of our progress... oops! sorry about that!

Here is the latest!!

Channing: weight 197 which is a 17 lb loss over all!!!

Amberlee: weight 126- 17lb lb loss over all!!!

as far as inches:

Channing has lost a total of 8.5 inches since May!

Amberlee has lost 10 inches since March!

HOORAY!

quick update:


Amberlee has lost 15 pounds!

Channing- well I haven't actually seen her to ask her but as of a few days ago she was down 10 lbs!!

We feel good and definitely are starting to look good! before and after pictures are pretty much required at this great stage of weight loss right? lol lol. We need to take pictures! we took our beginning ones in January so we need some new ones. for sure

sorry

I am sorry this blog has been neglected. Especially since we have been killing it!! We have been working out so much, eating really healthy (well I still struggle with the soda pop) but I- Amberlee had gained all the weight I lost back and then some. Since the beginning of march-ish I weighed 143. more than my original starting weight on here! It was so bad. I started my new "diet" as I mentioned before for health reasons and being "forced" to eat healthy ended up being a good thing and I started loving it. I then had energy to work out and started loving to work out. Now I want to work out every day! I have lost 12 lbs!! I am sailing through and LOVING the way I feel!!!! I look good and already am wearing smaller clothes!!


As for Channing, she started a new diet not very long ago and she gave up all sugar (I could NOT do that! She has discipline!!) She has lost 8 lbs so far.

GO US!!!

the workouts consist of: classes at the gym, skating in the park, playing with kids, cardio at the gym, wii games, and lots and lots of fitness videos.

We love getting and being fit!!

Weigh in!

yes we skipped last week's posting but it's good news:


Amberlee- lost 2 lbs for a grand total of 6 lbs!

Channing- lost 2 lbs for a grand total of 4 lbs!

not great for a month and a half in... but better than nothing..... right?? No, we are happy. We both need to STEP IT UP!!

well I need to go eat

SLACKERS!

Blogs that never stay updated drive me insane. Hmmm. Interesting, seems how we never update ours. How boring right? lol well things are going to be less insane around here and we are looking into new things that will hopefully be blog worthy :)


I, Amberlee have a newly discovered medical condition that puts me on a super strict diet. There are SO many things I can not eat. I was so discouraged and sad when I found out it meant the only food I COULD eat was.... *gasp* healthy food! No more junk, or bread all day long, I could no longer nibble on this and that and pig out on carbs and super calorie punched GARBAGE! At first I was so disappointed that I could not eat what I wanted and loved, now.... I have suddenly gained this newfound love for healthy food. Some times I want to cave and give up and eat that pizza or pile of fries. I think, just this once. Normally I would. I ALWAYS, always cave and binge then I feel awful, miserable and gain weight. Now I know my health depends on me not giving in. I actually crave water now (normally I strongly dislike water) and even crave LESS soda. Who knew there was good in all this? Too bad I have no desire to work out like I have. I go through phases where I eat horribly but work out so well, or else like now, I eat well and don't work out.

MOTIVATION? yes please.

We need to get our booties in gear! We skipped a weigh in, but expect one later today. Also I need to put up our personal profiles, and pictures, and fun posts of things I discovered about being healthy. It will happen, I will post them, I swear it I will. Not now though, lol time for bed. Probably not healthy to be up at almost 2 am. nighty night
